Our wines among top Hungarian wines!

Our Béres Naparany Cuvée 2009, Béres Lőcse Furmint 2009 and Béres Tokaji Aszú 6 puttonyos have been placed among the best Hungarian White Wines by the National Wine Excellence Programme.
The Ministry of Rural Development organised the National Tasting of White Wines in the National Wine Excellence Programme. 670 wines were entered in the first round, of which 236 were put in the wine excellence category. 5-star is the best qualification, 6 Tokaj wines won this award, of which 4 were sweet.
Béres Wine Estate entered three wines in the National Tasting and we are proud to announce that all three wines achieved great results in the competition, all of them were included in the publication introducing the best Hungarian white wines, with the following qualifications:
- Béres Naparany Cuvée 2009, 3 stars
- Béres Lőcse Furmint 2009, 4 stars
- Béres Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos 2007, 4 stars
The first brochure of the National Wine Excellence Programme was published on 11 November. It introduces the best white wines with 3-star, 4-star and 5-star qualification awarded by the National Wine Expert Committee. The booklet was published in 10,000 copies and is available for free in wine shops in Hungarian and English.
